9 playing suggestions for the senso softball

Do you know this ball? A real all-rounder! The Senso softball is really our absolute favorite ball and always a good idea as a gift.
But what makes this ball different from all the other balls?
And why is it a good idea to add this particular ball to a ball box that may already be overflowing?

1. Suitable for babies to stimulate tummy time
Support your baby by the torso and let him lie comfortably with his belly on the ball. You can roll a little from front to back or bounce a little. Your baby may already do this on his own and enjoy the view if you put something interesting in front of the ball on the floor.

2. For toddlers as first sitting ball
This ball is great for playful discovery. Support your child when sitting on the ball, after he has more torso balance he can also sit freely. The favorite TV program can also be watched on the ball, in an active sitting position.

3. Painless catching and easy throwing
This ball is nice and soft. It can also be inflated less hard at first, making it even softer. It's great that you can vary this yourself. There's nothing more annoying than a child who gets a ball in the face and then doesn't dare to join in. With this ball, first throwing and catching games can be practiced without fear.

4. Easy to carry
This ball can be inflated and deflated over and over again. This is, besides being a good blowing exercise, also very handy to take the ball with you. It fits in any bag, can even be taken for a short walk without someone having to lug the ball around all the time. But it also fits in any suitcase and travel bag or in the glove compartment. Always a ball at hand!
Also a nice ball that is just ready at grandma and grandpa's, without being in the way all the time.

5. Boxing ball
In addition to the regular valve to close the ball, there is a second valve with a small loop. This allows the ball to be used as a punching bag with the elastic band that is also included. The ball is punched away with the fist and quickly returns thanks to the elastic band and must then be punched away again. A nice action-reaction game that is also fun for older children and adults.

6. Ball cover in contrasting colours
A fantastic addition! My mother, commissioned by me, sewed a ball cover especially for this ball. This makes the ball even softer, but especially more visible for young and visually impaired children. A loop is also sewn to this cover so that the ball can be hung above the child.

7. Come back ball

A longer rope can also be attached to the loop. This way, children who are not so mobile can pull their ball back themselves and then throw it away again.

8. Gift
This ball is therefore already suitable as a maternity gift. But especially for a family with multiple children where there are already many toys, this is still a nice gift. The many variations, connection with different ages and of course possibilities to play together make this a great gift. So if you no longer know what to give as a gift, this ball is always possible!

9. Ball bed
Multiple of these balls in a fitted sheet give a climbing landscape or ball bed, depending on how many balls you put in. This is a suggestion from the supplier, we have not tried this yet. If you do try it, I would be grateful for your experience. Can you please email me?
