In addition to body awareness (which is an important condition for developing executive functions) also good for sustained attention and working memory. But you also address the executive functions of emotion regulation and response inhibition.

Attention

-Keep your attention on the assignment or you will miss the form. How can you best keep your attention? What works for you? With your eyes closed or not? Or do you need something else to be able to concentrate?

Working memory

-Remember which pictures were on the card and which one do you think it is?

-Can you also tell us afterwards (without looking) what other pictures were on it?

-In addition to the pictures included, can you also think together about which shapes there are to draw?

-Remember numbers. Make a code on the back of someone else and ask them to repeat the numbers. Start with 2 numbers and see how many more you can do.

Emotion regulation

-How do you react when you make a mistake? (Do you give up or keep trying? Do you get angry?)

-How does the other person react when they keep guessing wrong? (Do you get frustrated or do you continue patiently?)

Response inhibition

-Can you wait your turn? If someone can't guess, do you say it?
