Perfect toy for young and old. Review Dimpl

Guidance for high sensitivity
I've been curious about the Dimpl from Fat Brain Toys for a while now.
With its cheerful colours, it is an item that immediately stands out.
What is also noticeable is that the colored balls are incredibly soft and therefore feel very nice.
It feels comfortable in the hand, without causing your hands to cramp after a while.
I decide to try it out with a client with ASD.
The first thing she notices is the nice sound it makes.
Due to the different sizes of the balls, they all feel a little different.
The packaging indicates the age category from 10+ months to 2 years.
My client is 12 years old and spends at least half an hour on it.
Every now and then she hears an “I can do this all day long” and otherwise it makes her very calm.
It does remind a bit of a Pop it, a popular fidget boys at the moment. Still, she prefers the Dimpl over the Pop it.
Ideal toy during waiting moments or moments when switching from one situation to another. It helps to regulate tension.
It is less suitable in the classroom, because the sound can be quite distracting for the teacher and students who are not using the Dimpl.
Because the balls are secured in a plastic housing, there is enough space for your hand, without pressing anything you do not want.
