We had the honor to try out the Screw Set and Large Screw Blocks twist & turnables .
I hope you find my findings useful. Enjoy reading!
The Screw Set,
When you unpack it, you immediately see the cheerful colours and shapes that make you enthusiastic right away.
This set invites you to experiment. You can feel, look through it and you can learn the colors, so very multifunctional.
Turning the shapes on it does require some perseverance.
Because the shapes are a bit small, it is sometimes a bit difficult to hold and turn at the same time. However, children are very smart because they come up with another way. For example, by putting the shape down and then turning it into a spiral.
It is also very challenging to get it off when mom has tightened everything. In short, a fun set to motivate children to screw the shapes on and off as effectively as possible. And it really stimulates that you have to do it with two hands. So both hemispheres of the brain are really put to work.
It is also very easy to take with you, so it is a great way to pass the time while waiting.
It is also a lot of fun to sort them by color or shape.
In short, a very nice gift to give.
Large screw blocks twist & turnables.
When you unpack it you are immediately enthusiastic, because of the large and again different colours.
Because they are big, it is easy to hold them well. Which makes turning on them easier. So also for children who do not use their hands very much
It is also nice that there are different possibilities. To assemble it. Lots of fun guaranteed!
I would also like to briefly introduce myself:
I am Haydee, proud mother of two beautiful boys (6 and almost 2.5). I work as a pedagogical employee 2 afternoons a week. I also worked in daycare centers for years. Because of that, we soon discovered that something was wrong with our youngest (however vague or vague this may sound, I knew it somewhere from the beginning of the pregnancy), he did not use his left half or hardly at all.
After many examinations and therefore hospital visits etc. (abnormal MRI). We ended up at the rehabilitation center. He is suspected of CP mild form. He is almost a year behind in both motor and cognitive aspects. He still has pain on the left side during exertion and tension and his hand goes into a fist and his arm is slightly bent. So this is a bit about us in a nutshell.
