During the summer holidays I will take it easy with my family. Orders placed from July 25th will be sent again from August 12th. Thank you in advance for your understanding and I wish you a nice holiday too.

All orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment. Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day will be shipped the same day.

If a product is not in stock, I will contact you as soon as possible.

You will receive an automatic track and trace email from Postnl.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are 6.75 euros.
For Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are 9.95 euros.

For orders over 100 euros, I will ship your order for free.

If for any reason you are not happy with the item you receive, please let us know immediately! I believe you should be completely satisfied with all your purchases.

If it is not quite as you expected, you have the option to exchange or return items (money back) within 14 days of receipt. Please always first contact us by email at info@toys42hands.nl, stating the order number and the reason for the return. The condition is that the product is complete, unused and in proper and undamaged packaging.
The shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense. You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the item. Items lost during return transport will not be reimbursed.
