To play the swoosh, both arms must be extended wide apart.
A good exercise to stretch these arm muscles. Swoosh ball is played by two players. Each player gets two handles. When one has his arms together in front of his body, the other can swoosh the ball towards the other by quickly spreading his arms.
Recommended for ages 6 and up. This also depends on the length of the rope, otherwise the arms are still too short to whip the ball to the other side.
The rope can of course be shortened if desired.
