A yoga movement game with assignment dice. Learning and moving through play.
Three dice with attitudes and an extra dice with game additions.
The game can be played with one or more dice. Have the children do a series of poses in succession, holding the pose and breathing.
The additions to the extra die can of course be adjusted yourself, but suggestions include:
hourglass = hold position
plus = assume all three positions and get another turn
star = come up with a new pose and add it to your list
arrow = do nothing, the next player performs your sequence
heart = after your series, say something nice to the person next to you
an-exclamation point = choose an attitude to take
