Rapeseed can be used both sensorially and therapeutically hot and cold. When used cold (6-8°C) it helps against inflammation, pain and swelling by massaging the hands in the cool rapeseed for 15-20 minutes. Warm use (40-50°C) is effective for conditions such as fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, and improves circulation and joint movement. The rapeseed granules feel pleasant, and searching for balls offers children a playful experience. After use, the hands feel wonderfully soft. The product is for external use only and should be replaced every 6 months.
