By combining apples with leaves and caterpillars, children learn to build objects with their hands and fingers. The stackable apples and caterpillars allow for countless variations of stacking / connecting and in different levels of difficulty. The children get to know different textures because the leaves are made of a different material. The caterpillars come in two different lengths. "Needle" caterpillars can be used to connect the apples with a string. The set can be used together with several children.
