The lying eight, also called lemniscate, lazy eight and Tibetan Eight: It is an infinite movement, without beginning and end. You hold the lying eight with both hands. This trains the cooperation of the hands, but also the cooperation of the two hemispheres of the brain. This is based on insights from kinesiology, among others.

This has positive effects on concentration, emotional balance and automation. Move the game with soft movements from front to back and from left to right so that the ball follows the path without falling off. Let a marble roll along the track and follow it with your eyes, without moving your head. This is a good exercise that contributes to both hemispheres of the brain working together better (becoming congruent). This exercise offers support for dyslexia, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD) and various other complaints in the area of brain functionality.

You can also place this eight on the table in front of you and gently push the marble into the circles with your finger. If the eight is straight in front of the body, the midline is crossed.

Inside the loops is an extra track which adds an extra game. The ball then rolls into the circle which gives a fascinating effect.

The holes to hold the two marbles are invisibly magnetic, so that the balls are held in place.
