Swoosh ball - bullet ball

To play the swoosh, both arms should be extended wide apart.
A good exercise to properly stretch these arm muscles. Swoosh ball is spelled with twos. Each player gets two handles. If one person has his arms together in front of his body, the other can let the ball swoosh towards the other by quickly spreading his arms.
Advice is from 5 years old, this also has to do with the rope length, otherwise the arms are too short to whip the ball to the other side.
The rope can of course be shortened optionally.
