One-sided interhemispheric (didactic) boards or labyrinths are educational toys designed to train both hemispheres of the brain. As a result of going through labyrinths with both hands, the interaction and synchronization between the left and right brain is improved. The exercise affects the corpus callosum, facilitating perception, long-term memory, coordination of hand movements, developing fine motor skills and the process of reading and writing.
How to use?
The child follows with a stick, finger or takes marbles (balls) and places them at the beginning of the labyrinth, first goes through the entire labyrinth only with the right hand, then with the left hand and then with both hands at the same time. Both hemispheres of the brain are involved in work and are synchronized.
