TrickyTree is a construction game that helps introduce children to the concept of balance. It also helps to improve fine motor control.
The clothespins are attached to the branches. A brown connecting piece can be inserted at the top of the clothes pegs. This creates beautiful side branches on the tree. The base plate provides strength to the tree, but is not completely flat, so the tree can be out of balance if the branches are not distributed properly.
This game can be played as a patience game or as a fine motor skills assignment. For example, how quickly can you make the tree fall over, or can you use all the clothespins without it falling over? It is also possible to play this game with two or more children and place the clothespins alternately.
