Fold the parachute, that's a good two-handed fine motor exercise, and then throw it as high as you can in the air, that's gross motor exercise! The toy parachute works the same as a real parachute and lets the little man slowly float down. You also learn to take the wind into account. Because you don't want it to end up in a tree. Also try climbing up a jungle gym and then drop it or swing as high as you can, hold it between your feet and let go at just the right moment. Playing outside is healthy and fun.
